Your car upgrades will be shipped by our valued shipping partner MyParcel, member of the PostNL group. We ship the order once the payment entered our account. To make sure that you receive the parts in their original quality we ship them with premium insured service. As soon as PosNL receives the package you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace information to follow your order accordingly.

The prices on our website are excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated depending on your location and the package-weight and –size according to the following table. Prices and rates are based on the prices, salaries, taxes, duties, charges, freight, rates of third parties and others, existing at the time of the offer. If there is a change in one or more of the cost factors mentioned above, TRM is entitled to adjust its prices and rates unilaterally.

Please note that the specified delivery time has to be seen as indication and not as a final deadline. If this period is exceeded, TRM and partners cannot be held accountable and the Customer is not entitled to claim a refund.

Return cost:

The Customer is responsible for paying for returns, i.e. TRM is not liable for the return costs. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions page for more information regarding returns.

Legal delivery terms:

The manner in which a Shipment is delivered can be found on the following page: https://www.postnl.nl/en/terms-and-conditions/. By placing an order at TRM the Customer is accepting these terms and conditions from our shipping partner.

A shipping label is based on data provided by the Customer. TRM is not liable for incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the Customer. A shipping label has to be seen as a waybill. The Customer is obliged to accept the delivered package. If the Customer fails to do so, the costs encountered as a result, such as the storage costs, will be payable by the Customer.

Upon receipt of the Shipment, the Customer must immediately verify whether the Shipment is damaged or unsuitable for its purpose and the Customer must inform TRM within fourteen days after receipt. Pictures and other evidence shall be send within the same period, a confirmation of your local postal office might be required (e.g. in the USA). Furthermore, Customer is asked to keep damaged shipping material and other possible evidence until further notice.

As part of the execution of its Services, MyParcel and PostNL use the (personal) data of the Addressees received from TRM. The transmitted (personal) data is limited to the shipping address and full name, to be able to deliver the Shipment. Furthermore, the e-mail address transmitted for track-and-trace purpose.
